| Adhesive | Phenol Resorcinol Formaldehyde (PRF) |
| Durability | Pressure-treated using Light Organic Solvent Preservative (LOSP) for protection against termite and other wood-boring insects; and against moderate fungal decay. The formulation used provides protection up to Australian Hazard Level 3A (i.e. suitable for external above-ground structures). Coated for UV protection. The formulation used for both these treatments does not affect the original appearance of the timber. |
